1. TERMS OF SALE

Welcome to the official MATYNEA online store. Any purchase through this site implies acceptance of these Terms of Sale, designed to ensure a clear, safe and transparent purchase.

Seller information
Online sales are managed by MATYNEA. DOO, Palmotićeva ulica 57, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 14359274099, registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb.

Products and availability
All products are described with the greatest possible care and accuracy. Minor variations in color or texture are possible, depending on your screen settings or the natural materials used in the production.

Prices and payment
All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
We accept secure payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Payment is made at the time of order, and all data is processed through certified security systems.

Order confirmation
The buyer will receive an order confirmation email within two business days with an overview of the purchased items. The purchase agreement is considered concluded at the moment the seller sends the order confirmation.

Ownership and risk
Ownership of the products passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the time of physical delivery.

2. DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time:

- Italy: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 4–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

During periods of increased demand (holidays, seasonal promotions), minor deviations in delivery times are possible.

Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping is free for orders over €200. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is calculated automatically during the checkout process, depending on the destination and weight of the package.

Shipment tracking
After sending the order, the customer will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Delivery failed
If delivery fails due to the recipient being absent or an incorrect address, the courier will attempt to deliver again. If the second attempt fails, the package is returned to the sender and may be refunded minus the shipping cost.

3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract (return the goods) within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 19/22, 59/23), without giving any reason.

Return conditions:
Products must be returned:

- in perfect, unused condition, with original labels and safety tags attached
- in original packaging, with accessories included

Returns are not possible for personalized or custom-made products, as well as for sealed items that cannot be returned if they have been opened for hygiene reasons.

Refund procedure:

1. The customer contacts customer service at hello@matynea.com and states the order number.
2. The buyer receives instructions and a return address.
3. The return package must be sent within 14 days, and proof of sending must be kept.

Return cost:
The return costs are borne by the buyer, except in the case of seller error or damaged product.

Refund:
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be made within 14 days via the same payment method as the original order.

5. PRIVACY PROTECTION AND ELECTRONIC ACCOUNTS

Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The data is used exclusively for processing orders, customer support and, with prior consent, communication related to the brand.

The customer accepts that invoices are issued exclusively in electronic form and sent via e-mail.
Data is shared only with third parties that are necessary for the execution of the service (courier services, payment platforms) and is not used for other purposes.

6. RESPONSIBILITY

The seller is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, technical errors, delivery delays caused by the delivery service, temporary unavailability of the site or inaccuracies in the product display.

In cases of force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, system failures), delivery times may be extended without the seller being responsible.

7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SALE

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale without prior notice. All amendments are effective from the moment of publication on the website and do not apply retroactively to contracts already concluded.

8. VALIDITY OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

The buyer accepts that electronic communication (order confirmations, status notifications, invoices) represents an official form of communication between the buyer and the seller.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

The buyer can use the European platform for alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the court of the buyer's place of residence or, at the buyer's choice, the court where MATYNEA is registered shall have jurisdiction.
